The Directorate of Gender Equity and Good Treatment – DEB aims to address aspects related to Good Treatment, Inclusion, and Gender Equity within the Faculty community.
To be a space for welcome, dialogue, and inclusive communication for the entire FADEU community.
To promote an organizational culture of best practices, respect, and good treatment, propose internal measures, and evaluate results.
To be a space for information, support, and follow-up regarding the policies, norms, and procedures that the university has implemented in this regard.
To identify and evaluate factors or areas where the faculty should make changes regarding actions that undermine equity, respect, and good treatment of its members. To propose internal measures and/or policies.
To represent the UC Unit for the Prevention and Support of Victims of Sexual Violence (UVS) within the faculty, to welcome, support, and advise victims of sexual abuse or harassment.
To support the Faculty’s academic secretariat in promoting an academic career with equal opportunities.
