The Office of Research and Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urban Studies (FADEU) connects research centers, academic researchers, and graduate students, also serving as a bridge to other public and private institutions to promote and secure research funding. Among the various research-related activities organized by this unit is the Intersecciones Congress, an interdisciplinary event that gathers prominent Latin American institutions and focuses on research, creation, and projects on architecture, design, the city, and territory.

Architect UC, Chile (1997); Master in Large Scale (2002) and PhD in Architectural Projects from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain (2012). Associate Professor at the UC School of Architecture, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in studios and research within the field of urban design, applied to the challenges of integrated thinking regarding mobility and public space. She served as Academic Deputy Director of the School of Architecture between 2014 and 2017 and Director of CMlab, the UC City and Mobility Laboratory, between 2012 and 2023. She led the research project “The Metro Grid: Morphological Atlas of the Santiago Metro” (National Fondart 2022-2023) and has published articles in national and international media.
