The mission of this office is to advance the faculty’s international profile, enhance public and internal communications, and create meaningful public initiatives. Its main tasks are to conceptualize, foster, and undertake the international agenda; to envision and manage public and internal communications; and to design and develop the public programs.
The Office of Research and Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urban Studies (FADEU) connects research centers, academic researchers, and graduate students, also serving as a bridge to other public and private institutions to promote and secure research funding.
The Gender Equity and Good Treatment Unit (DEB*) aims to address aspects related to good treatment, inclusion, and gender equity within the Faculty community.
The Office of External Services serves as FADEU’s interdisciplinary unit connecting academic knowledge, research, and teaching initiatives with societal needs. Since 2009, nearly 500 professionals have collaborated with the office, completing more than 130 studies and projects. These initiatives encompass fields such as architecture, design, and urban and territorial planning, with the objective of generating a positive, tangible, and sustainable impact on communities and national development.
The Financial and Management Office is responsible for the administrative, accounting, budgetary, and financial management of the faculty and all its units.
