\r\n Centro de Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible\r\n <\/h2>\r\n

\r\n El Centro de Estudios de Conflicto y Cohesi\u00f3n Social (COES) desarrolla investigaci\u00f3n colaborativa en temas relacionados al conflicto y la cohesi\u00f3n social en Chile, por medio de un equipo multidisciplinario de investigadoras e investigadores, provenientes de las ciencias sociales y humanidades. COES centra sus actividades acad\u00e9micas y de difusi\u00f3n en el an\u00e1lisis de las m\u00faltiples manifestaciones del conflicto social en Chile, sus causas, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n su contexto cultural e hist\u00f3rico. Posee cuatro l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n: Dimensiones socioecon\u00f3micas del conflicto; Interacciones grupales e individuales; Conflicto pol\u00edtico y social; y Geograf\u00edas del conflicto y la cohesi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, de cuatro agendas transversales de investigaci\u00f3n: migraci\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero, \u00e9lites y proceso constituyente.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

The Center for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES) develops collaborative research on topics related to conflict and social cohesion in Chile through a multidisciplinary team of researchers from the social sciences and humanities. COES focuses its academic and outreach activities on the analysis of the multiple manifestations of social conflict in Chile, its causes, as well as its cultural and historical context. It has four lines of research: Socioeconomic dimensions of conflict; Group and individual interactions; Political and social conflict; and Geographies of conflict and cohesion. In addition, it has four cross-cutting research agendas: migration, gender, elites, and the constitutional process.<\/p>\n\n

COES is funded by the ANID FONDAP program (ANID\/FONDAP 15130009), is sponsored by the University of Chile and the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, and has the Universidad Diego Portales and Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez as partner institutions.<\/p>\n\n
